MANicured Spa Membership Terms and Conditions

Must book appointment – Please be advised that our spa has a no-show policy whereby any no-shows will be charged a late cancelation fee. – $25 no call at least 2 hours before appointment/no show/late cancellation fee

Existing clients with a no-show or cancellation history will also be required to pay deposits for any booking.

No refunds – Membership auto-renews until cancelled.

Service options may change, expand or be removed in the future. Membership holders will be notified at the time the changes occur.

Customer information in our files is used to improve your service and send important messages as well as marketing communications. We do not, under any circumstances, share this information with third-parties.

Service Policies:
Our establishment has the right to refuse service to anyone who is overly intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, behaves inappropriately with our staff, or can pose a threat to our business.

The safety of our staff and customers is our utmost priority. If you are suffering from any contagious infection, we recommend that you reschedule your appointment until you feel better. You may be asked to wear masks or get your temperature tested.

If you are unhappy with your service, we will gladly work with you to fix it, but due to the nature of the service, we do not offer refunds.

To guarantee the comfort of all of our customers, we do not allow children under 13 in the spa. Failure to follow this policy will result in the appointment needing to be rescheduled and may incur a late cancellation fee.
